We manufacture a wide range of roof deck and required deck accessories. Deck is available in lengths from 6′-0″ to 40′-0″, in a variety of finishes. All of our deck products meet required steel deck certifications in accordance with the specifications of the Steel Deck Institute.
Versa-Dek® is a suite of metal deck products that utilizes the inherent strength and aesthetic appeal of the dovetail shape to provide architectural and structural design communities a vast array of composite floor and roof deck options while meeting stringent acoustical and structural requirements.
Super Versa-Dek® products are deep dovetail shaped structural roof deck units that are fabricated using a top profile and Versa-Dek® 3.5 profile. This hybrid profile is mechanically fastened to provide a support surface for various types of roofing materials. The added depth enhances the strength of the shape providing impressive span and overhang capabilities for long, open spaces.
Deep-Dek® is a suite of roof deck profiles that offer architectural and structural design communities the ability to design a dramatic open building environment with unique aesthetic appeal. Deep-Dek® single-cell units produce a deep fluted look for dramatic underside aesthetics. Deep-Dek® double-cell units produce a smooth underside surface with subtle shadow lines.
Type 1.0RD roof deck provides an economical option when support spacing is small. Where rigid roofing insulation is used with 1.0RD deck, a minimum 1″ thickness is required. Available with nested side laps only.
Type B (Wide Rib) roof deck provides the best balance of strength and economy of all the 1 ½″ deep roof decks. Where rigid roofing insulation is used with B deck, a minimum 1″ thickness is required. Available with nested side laps or interlocking side laps in standard and cellular configurations with acoustical deck options.
Type F (Intermediate Rib) roof deck provides an economical choice for applications where insulation requirements are lower. Where rigid roofing insulation is used with F deck, a minimum 1” thickness is required. Available with nested side laps only.
Type N (Deep Wide Rib) 3″ deep roof deck is well suited for applications where it is desirable to space the supporting members as far apart as possible. This is often the case in structures such as gymnasiums where it is usually more economical to minimize the number of long span structural members by using N deck to span large spaces. Available with nested side laps or interlocking side laps in standard and cellular configurations with acoustical deck options.
